Water Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find the Village of Garland current water rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need or experience a problem with your water, please call the phone numbers provided. 

FOR NEW WATER SERVICE:

• $25.00 CONNECTION FEE
• $87.00 DEPOSIT - this deposit will be credited back to the customer after one continuous year of monthly payments without a delinquent payment.  The deposit will be forfeited to the Village if the customer fails to pay delinquent water charges and water service is disconnnected.

MONTHLY WATER RATES:

• $33.00 SEWER FEE
• $55.00 WATER FEE
• $4.50 PER 1,000 GALLONS FEE

• Water meters are read the last day of the month.
• Water bills are mailed on the first day of the month.
• Water bills are due the last day of the month the bill was mailed.  A 10% late fee will be charged for delinquent bills.
