To obtain a permit for both residential and commercial uses - print the forms below, fill them out, and return by:

- Mail to: Village of Garland P.O. Box 105 Garland, Nebraska 68360
- Place in the green freestanding mailbox at the corner of 4th Street & Frazier Street (behind the Germantown Bank)
- Building Permit Fee: $20.00
