PUBLIC NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the Village of Garland, Nebraska, will hold a public meeting on April 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Village Hall, Garland, Nebraska.

The purpose of this meeting is to hear an appeal regarding the denial of Special Use Permit CU-2025-02. The Board will receive public comment, review relevant information, and take appropriate action as allowed under applicable Nebraska law and Village regulations.

All interested persons are invited to attend and present testimony. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the meeting to the Village Clerk.

A copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act is available for public inspection at the meeting location.
