FYI, Village of Garland residents, on Tuesday, November the 12th, the water tower will be taken out of service for its tri annual cleaning and inspection. You may notice some pressure fluctuations as well as a hint of chlorine smell from the water.

The wells will be operating on pressure only during this time.

If all goes well, the water tower should be in service Friday the 15th.
