Part time Maintenance Position

THE VILLAGE OF GARLAND IS SEEKING A PART TIME VILLAGE MAINTENANCE PERSON.
The successful person is preferred to be from the Garland area. Tasks include meeting contractors, mowing on a o-turn mower and on a tractor with a shredder, snow removal, building maintenance, drag streets, clean culverts/ditches, trim trees, janitorial duties and other assigned tasks. Knowledge of light and heavy equipment is a plus. The schedule will depend upon the task. Hours will be less than 30 hours per week. Wages paid hourly and will be dependent upon experience.
